Based at The Londoner in Leicester Square, the group enjoyed a welcome rooftop reception, shared meals at some of the city’s notable restaurants, and exclusive opportunities to connect with leading artists and producers working in British theatre. Highlights included behind-the-scenes access at the National Theatre, conversations with acclaimed designer Bob Crowley and theatre producer Harriet Mackie, a private tour of the British Museum, a hands-on pasta-making class, and a memorable post-show visit with John Lithgow following a performance of Giant. At the heart of the trip was an exceptional lineup of London productions, including Stephen Sondheim’s final musical Here We Are at the National Theatre, Conor McPherson’s The Brightening Air at The Old Vic, The Fifth Step starring Jack Lowden and Martin Freeman at Soho Place, The Devil Wears Prada featuring music by Elton John at the Dominion Theatre, and Olivier Award-winning Giant starring John Lithgow. Participants also explored historic Greenwich, including the Royal Observatory, the Queen’s House, and afternoon tea beneath the famed Cutty Sark. Together, these experiences created an unforgettable journey celebrating the artistry, innovation, and enduring power of live theatre while strengthening friendships within the Signature Theatre community.
